What makes Julie such a phenomenal coach, instructor, mentor, etc. is that where there are many instructors out there who are just a master of one thing — weight lifting, yoga, triathlons, cross fit, etc. Julie is a jack (with a master’s level of education) of all trades and can help you in every single category of fitness in your life whether it’s eating right, strength training or whatever your health goals are. Thusly, I cannot think of a better name for her company then ALL INCLUSIVE Health because that’s exactly what it is — it includes anything and everything you would want for your health. If there is anything you want to try, Julie is going to know how to do it and how to get you to where you want to be.

From my starting date, I was very satisfied with Julie. I noticed changes on my body (and lifestyle). Needless to say, I was very satisfied with my results. Julie and I found the perfect schedule. We maximized my time, and I was able to see immediate results through exercise and encouragement towards a healthier lifestyle. Through her personalized workout routines, my lower back became stronger. Every training session was unique and non-repetitive. She’s outgoing, realistic, and positive, the perfect combination needed in a personal trainer.

I experience periodic joint pain – Julie has been creative in coming up with exercises that don’t hurt and increase strength, resulting in a significant overall reduction in joint pain. At first I had to wear a knee brace for most workouts, but after several months, I have not needed it at all. What is best is that Julie is constantly coming up with new exercises. Boredom is banished; sometimes changes are minor and sometimes major, but overall there is often something new. My physical condition is much improved, and I have lost weight. My plan is to continue training with Julie indefinitely.

Everything Julie does or suggests is perfect. I like how I didn’t have to change all my eating habits all at once and she knows how fast to push me with weightlifting, running, and nutrition. It also gives me confidence to know that when Julie puts something on my weekly workout schedule or suggests a food change, I ought to be ready for it – and I make myself do it. On my own I wouldn’t have the experience to know how fast to take things and would either get discouraged from going too fast or I’d go too slow and not make any progress.

I started at All Inclusive Health after a lifetime of being sedentary. (Seriously, a lifetime.) It’s hard to articulate what it is about Julie, the owner, that kept me coming back to break that pattern. She somehow strikes a balance between finding a workout that you can complete and feel good about, and keeping you moving forward to more challenging and intense exercises. When I started, walking slowly on the treadmill at a low incline made me feel like I was going to go into cardiac arrest. Now I find myself doing ridiculous activities like running and burpees, and wondering where the exercise loather that I used to be has gone. On top of that, I’ve lost significant inches and pounds. The space is private, clean, easy to access, and better nutrition somehow rubs off on you without being crammed down your throat. I really can’t say enough about All Inclusive Health, especially for people who are hesitating to choose a gym because they don’t want to exercise in a public space, or who think they are too out of shape to get started. I thought I was and now I’ve done something called a TRX atomic push-up.

The trainers are very encouraging and always had new routines to try out so I was never bored with the workout regimen.

My two primary goals are weight loss and stress reduction. Julie has developed a plan that combines strength training and cardio, with lots of variety in both areas. I have been very happy with the workout schedule, and she is very explicit in instructions, which makes it easier. I have bad knees and Julie has been great working with that. She is quick to adjust weights accordingly and take into account the limitations I have with my knees. Julie has been great. She listens to my thoughts and concerns and has taken these into account in our program. She has also spent significant time outside of our sessions putting together weekly workout schedules for me to follow on those days we do not meet, and created different cardio workouts such as different kinds of walks on the treadmill. She is patient and conscientious, but also constantly pushing the exercise plan forward. She is also flexible with days and times, which is great. I recommend her very highly.

When I first began working with Julie 3 years ago I initially thought I’d do five or ten session to jumpstart my way back into exercise, but I found our sessions to be so motivating that I’ve never stopped. Signing up for her 20 session packages is a great deal and keeps me coming back (it also motivates me to work out on my own to make the most of my investment). She tailors the sessions to where I’m at and always keeps things interesting. It’s amazing what she can pack into a half hour. I never thought I’d be able to keep up an exercise regime this long, but Julie helps me find ways to keep it fresh. She’s helped me reach my original fitness goals and set even more ambitious ones (something I never expected!), and the discipline I’ve attained by becoming a routine exerciser has benefited me in other areas as well. I definitely recommend All Inclusive Health (and in fact several of my friends have started working out with Julie, too).

I’ve trained with multiple trainers at All In and they’re all awesome!! They really catered to my hectic lifestyle as a working mother and gave me a personalized workout routine that I can actually maintain. They also give great nutrition counseling and evaluations. I highly recommend All In!
