Abs, Buns, and Thighs…targets the smaller/under-used muscles in the legs and butt (gluteus minimus & medius, adductors & abductors, complete hamstring) with isolation exercises, creating toned thighs, a lifted- rounded butt, and powerful hamstrings. Great for runners and anyone with over-developed quads!

PiYo (Pilates and Yoga)

A unique combination of Pilates, Yoga, strength conditioning, flexibility, and dynamic balance. Learn movements that elongate muscles, strengthen the core, release tension, deepen breath, and improve posture. This class is an up tempo, non-spiritual approach to mind/body exercise. Modifications are offered.

Best Ass In Class

This class is at 4:00, perfect time for teachers! With a variety of formats we will tone up muscle and burn off fat, and stay entertained!


Class designed to help runners develop/strenghten specific muscles and improve techniques to improve running. Incorporate core, strength, and balance in a fun and challenging way. Good for runners, joggers and racers.

Power Burn

Get ready to work your ass off! The ultimate cardio and strength challenge. Using body resistance exercises (think push-ups, jumps, planks, burpees…) you will torch calories while burning fat and building muscle. Fast pace, little rest, interval format-this is no joke!

Biceps Don't Grow on Trees

This class will be for the arms! Hit your triceps, shoulders, and biceps from every direction imaginable and really sculpt your upper body! Using lighter weights to tone long, lean muscles and heavier weights for those who want to add some bulk. Lots of variety in equipment and exercises.


A circuit style class that moves you through several stations-each utilizing different muscles & various pieces of equipment: heart-rate raising cardio and muscle building moves.


The Spartacus workout uses 10 exercises that collectively workout every part of your body. Each exercise is a 60-second station so you can challenge your heart and lungs as well as your muscles. The final product is a high intensity circuit designed to torch fat, define your chest, abs, and arms, and send your fitness level sourcing.You’ll sculpt a lean, athletic body and be in the best shape of your life.

TRX Suspension Training

A total approach to exercise that leverages your own body weight and the force of gravity. It’s designed to develop strength, balance, flexibility, endurance, coordination and core stability all simultaneously. TRX training engages the core on every exercise in addition to providing some cardio fitness in every single workout. TRX Circuit Training is offered in a small group training format.



I absolutely love Julie, the owner of All-in. She is amazingly strong and motivating. All of the classes will kick you ass, but in a completely laid back environment with lots of support. The atmosphere cannot be beat!

Before going to Julie’s class I was embarrassed of myself. I’m in a health field and I wasn’t adhering to the type of lifestyle I advocate for. After resisting for a long time, I finally attended a group class. I wanted to vomit after the first session. After the second I winded but knew it was doable. When two weeks past, I never wanted to miss a class. All In provides a non judgmental atmosphere that allowed me to learn how to exercise properly and most importantly gain self confidence in a gym. I’ve since moved from New Orleans, but have continued exercising and have never been fitter. Thanks to All In’s classes I can now represent the healthy image that I promote.

I have taken a variety of classes with various instructors and have had great experiences each time! The classes are challenging but not intimidating (like some gyms can be). I’ve always felt really encouraged to try my hardest but not pressured to go too far! Also, the classes are very fairly priced and the gym itself offers privacy for those working out. I’m already feeling better and seeing results. I highly recommend All Inclusive Health!
