5 Point Fitness Assessment  

The 5 Point Fitness Assessment is an initial evaluation of your fitness level. Our assessment is comprehensive and provides the information needed to build a training program that works for you. The evaluation measures body composition, cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility.

Individual Training

Every training package includes a consultation for new clients. We will work with you to create an individualized exercise program. This program will include customized workouts complete with data-driven progress tracking. We will provide basic nutrition guidance as well as regular assessments to keep you on course. Individual training packages are available in bundles of 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 sessions.

Doubles Training

Up your motivation by tag-teaming your workout with doubles training. Training with a partner helps keep you accountable and adds some extra fun, all while saving you money. You and your partner can choose from any of our training packages, all of which include a consultation for new clients, personalized program design, and detailed session and assessment data documentation for each participant. Doubles training packages are available in bundles of 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 sessions.


Run Coaching

Our individualized running programs are tailored to your abilities and previous running experience. We are always careful to factor in present and past injuries into our program design, and also consider factors like speed and endurance.

Our running plans ensure your success through professional consultations, running journals, and effective, frequent communication. Before beginning your program, you’ll receive an evaluation to assess your current strengths and abilities. Your customized coaching program will be developed according to the results of this consultation.

We offer a diverse array of run coaching packages that provide clients with varying levels of autonomy. We have running plans for clients to follow independently, as well as packages that set you up to run in the presence of a coach. All of our programs rely heavily on constant communication between client and coach, as well as running journals to help you stay motivated and on track.


Nutrition Plans

Our custom nutrition plans are created to help you live a healthier lifestyle in the long and short term. Our nutrition counseling respects that every body is different, and we always focus on what is best for you as an individual.

To design the perfect nutrition plan for you, we use a Tanita body composition analyzer to assess your base metabolic rate (BMR). This will reveal how many calories your body uses in a day. Increasing muscle mass ups your base metabolic rate, meaning that it is not necessary to lose or gain weight in order to raise your BMR and burn more calories throughout the day. Using the information from this assessment, we will develop a dietary plan with appropriate macro and micro nutrient intake.

Our nutrition plans serve a wide variety of clients. Vegetarian and vegan clients, endurance runners, and clients with food allergies or gluten intolerances have all found success in our nutrition counseling program. Our nutrition counseling is also effective for clients wishing to lose weight or change their body composition.
