– Pull-ups 4×10, 20 seconds rest between sets
– Jump rope x 2 minutes

– Mountain climbers 2×1 minute
– Pushups 3×1 minute

Explosive Pull-Ups

This exercise is great for working out your quads, triceps, back, and biceps.

Here’s how to do it: First, find a branch or horizontal pole that’s high above your head. Jump up high to reach it, exploding from the ground and thrusting up as you jump. Use your arms to pull your head above the pole or branch, then slowly ease yourself back down. Do as many as you can in one minute.
