For example, 30 seconds of sprinting, 30 seconds of rest. You can increase your intervals as high as 1:3 or 1:4, but no matter what relationship you choose, you want to give it your all during periods of work. You can choose how many rounds you want to do, but a good range is about 8 to 15. Any amount you can do should be a great workout if you work hard enough!
